Additional Information
○ Students are not required to own an instrument; one will be provided when in the program.
○ If you don't qualify for the top orchestra, you'll still have the opportunity to join lower leveled orchestras in our program.
Violin
Highschool Auditions
Major Scale Requirements:
○ C, D, A, G (two octaves)
○ G is to be performed in three octaves.
Repertoire Requirement:
○ two contrasting pieces that demonstrate musical and technical ability.

○ Be prepared to sight read.
○ Bring extra copies of all music performed to judges.
Middleschool Auditions
